Job Overview:
As an Inventory Executive, you will oversee warehouse operations across both internal and external storage facilities. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate inventory records using systems such as SAP, C4C, and RFID, coordinating import/export shipment activities to prevent storage delays, and driving process improvements. You will also maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, conduct regular stock takes, and prepare monthly inventory reports.

- Standard Work Hours: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Monthly Basic Salary: $3,300 – $3,600
- Benefits: AWS (13 Months Bonus) + Variable Bonus (Performance Bonus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple storage facilities.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize SAP, C4C, and RFID systems to ensure accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records.
- Coordinate import/export shipment activities to prevent delays and optimize logistics.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock takes.
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Entry Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in warehouse/inventory management.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Certifications & Physical Requirements: A forklift license is an advantage; must be capable of handling heavy materials.
