  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1.Backup Implementation & Administration: Backup & Recovery administration and operation support

2.Storage Implementation & Administration: Storage implementation and administration of HDS Storage, SAN Storage, HDS & Isilon NAS Storage, SAN Switches

3.HCI and Virtualization: Understanding on Hyper Converge Infrastructure (HCI) and Virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Nutanix, Hyper-V

4.Automation and Observability: Inclination & experience with observability and scripting to automate routine tasks to drive operational efficiency. Review existing storage and backup infrastructure and provide recommendations and plan to improve resiliency, robustness, and performance of the infrastructure as well as save cost.

5.Explore new technologies, capabilities and features to improve backup & storage infrastructure.

6.Perform evaluation of potential backup & storage solutions & technologies, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and provide recommendation & justification of the solutions.

7.Architect and design new backup & storage infrastructure as per industrial best practices to achieve optimal resiliency, performance, and efficient usage.

8.Develop best practices in implementing backup & storage solutions for Mission Critical Systems

9.Design and implement and deploy new backup & storage, data migration methodology for backup & storage infrastructure across datacenters.

10.Plan Disaster Recover (DR), and prepare readiness of backup & recovery and storage data replication across datacenters to support DR.

11.Integrate backup and storage devices with monitoring, log analysis, security operation, Active Directory, automation, etc.

12.Automate redundant tasks to improve efficiency in administration & operation support of the infrastructure.

13.Create and update operational documents, configuration, and performance health check processes & procedures;Conduct Knowledge Transfer and training to backup and storage administrators, Backup & Recovery,Disaster Recovery & Planning

Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer science with more than 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

2. Must be a team player with at least 2 years’ experience in architect, design, deployment and administration of storage and backup infrastructure.

3. Good knowledge & experience in working on multiple Backup Software and Backup Appliances .

4. Good knowledge & experience in working on multiple SAN and NAS storage products preferably Hitachi, Pure Storage, EMC, Isilon and SAN switches.

5. Good knowledge and experience in HCI, Virtualization deployment.

6. Strong knowledge in hardware & systems software administration, data backup & recovery, replication, off-host backup, etc.

7. Good command of written and oral English & Chinese and ability to communicate clearly with customers.

8. Ability to think out of the box and work independently.

9. Certifications in backup and storage management will be an advantage.
