The Experience Designer (XD) supports the Experience Architect (XA) on customer transformation projects to deliver on the definition, design and execution of the target state Salesforce solution and experience:

  • Participate in the discovery process to understand the problem we are trying to solve, conduct user interviews, uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Plan and support workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Capture key data points and help with the synthesis of user research insights
  • Under the guidance of the Experience Architect, formalise the current and target state user journey maps, creating personas and storyboards
  • Produce wireframes and prototypes, develop detailed design screens, and build narrative of target state
  • Participate in usability testing sessions to gather feedback and help iterate designs. Help document findings and make design recommendations for improvements based on real user interactions
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to validate and ensure designs are technically feasible within the CEER framework
  • Develop and leverage design systems within Salesforce to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in UI design
  • Support the project team on branding, visual designs for documentation and presentations
  • Support pre-sales activities


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in services and tech product design
  • Experience in professional services / consulting
  • Experience in implementing CRM solutions or Enterprise solutions
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Presentation / story-telling
  • Workshop design and facilitation
  • Design systems and Agile delivery
  • Wireframing / UI design
  • Visual design / branding
  • Tools: Figma / Adobe suite
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience on Singapore government projects a bonus but not a must
