Club Coordinator
Job scope may include:
1. Assisting with Gym/Studio operations: This could involve tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide support in managing gym operations and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
2. Customer service as front of house: Interacting with members/clients and guests, provide assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at the Gym/Studio. Responding to phone enquiries and replying to members/guests.
3. Membership support: Assisting with membership registration that required daily data entry and updating membership information. Ensure follow up with member/guest support. Support in the development and implementation of member engagement and retention initiatives.
4. Follow up with members on outstanding membership fees to ensure payment is collected promptly. Assist to update their new payment card information into PGM.
5. Business & Administrative tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, organizing class schedules, and maintaining inventory.
6. Sales: Assist to follow up on daily club/studio lead contacts and provide suitable sales information to guest/ members for new/ renewal sales. Get referral leads from our members to join us.
7. May need to assist on coaching small group class. Training will be provided.
8. Events/ Project: The trainee may also have the opportunity to work on events/ projects/ roadshow such as implementing new programs or improving existing processes.
