Responsibilities

  1. Define a clear, cohesive vision and strategy across the product line including existing and yet-to-be announced product developments. Ensure the vision, objectives and strategy is clearly understood by the various team members across the Creative, Sales and Frontend & Backend Engineering teams.
  2. Conduct market research, generate product requirements, develop marketing and sales support strategies, as well as determine specifications and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
  3. Constantly in touch with customers’ pain points, needs and desires and scoping an innovative and viable solution.
  4. Conduct requirement workshops, requirement gathering sessions, review competitor software features to draw inspiration for new features, functions or products.
  5. Pitch innovative concepts and functional proposals to various stakeholders, and manage all aspects of the product design, including approvals and feedback provided.
  6. Go in-depth to develop product requirements, user stories, detailed product feature specifications and define clear and detailed process flows.
  7. Working closely with the develop to detail out the wireframes and final version for the new features or products.
  8. Turn customer pains and complex requirements into bite-sized and actionable user-stories that is feasible to be implemented and tested.
  9. Execute beta and pilot programs with early-adopters and track their feedback and enhance the product features set readying it for market release.
  10. Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor and analyse these metrics during beta, early-adopter stages as well as a live product.Be recognized as a leader in the product line, build and maintain relationship with the clients, and business stakeholders.
  11. Actively conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign off processes for product feature sets.
  12. Keep abreast of current product management methodology, latest competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Product Design or related field.
  2. Over 6+ years of related work experience in the domains of product management, business analysis, system analysis, system design, process reengineering and consulting.
  3. A proven track record of gap analysis, identifying market fit, innovative means of problem solving, designing software products that provide clients with solutions and bringing these products live.
  4. Outstanding knowledge in product management, product lifecycle and best practices.
  5. Strong conceptual abilities, clear communication of direction and solid knowledge of product management methodology.
  6. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and quick to learn new business domains and industries.
  7. Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully juggle multiple products simultaneously.
  8. Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving.
  9. Strong communication skills in presenting visions or ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to develop product positioning and effectively communicate them.
  10. Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy.
  11. Comfortable in working with a multi-disciplinary team that involves, process engineering, backend & frontend engineering, UI/UX, graphics design, quality assurance and IT operations.
  12. Ability to lead, convince and inspire team members in a fast-paced environment.
