(JC) Inventory Executive - $3500
Overview: -
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3500 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience)
- Additional of Monthly Fixed Allowance
- AWS (13th month) + Variable bonuses
Your Responsibilities: -
- Oversee warehouse operations for both internal and external storage facilities.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all warehouse activities.
- Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID systems.
- Handle import and export shipment activities efficiently to avoid delays and storage at ports.
- Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports for on-premises and third-party warehouses.
- Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse to promote an organized environment.
- Enforce safety protocols and risk assessments (RA) to ensure a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
- Conduct annual stock takes and regular sample stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Requirements: -
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience
- Forklift Licence (an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and RFID systems
- Ability to start work within a short notice
