DOCUMENTATION SUPERVISOR/SHIPPING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
- Basic $4000 - $5000, Based on experience
- AWS & Performance Bonus
- Monday – Friday, Alt Sat, 9am – 6.30pm/9am -2pm(sat)

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage systems for handling shipping documents.
- Solve complex issues and prepare import/export documents and LC requests.
- Prepare loan-related documents for imports.
- Monitor and follow up on Letters of Credit with customers.
- Work with banks to ensure LCs are processed correctly.
- Coordinate with Ports, agents, and customers for smooth shipments and proper documentation.
- Promote timber and other products to potential customers.
- Track and report on market trends and price changes.
- Manage daily operations and lead the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and shipping laws.
- Follow safety guidelines for handling and transporting goods.
- Handle other tasks as needed by management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or a related field.
- Min 4-8 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
- Familiarity with customs laws, shipping procedures, and Incoterms.
- Awareness of market trends and safety regulations
- Understanding of different shipping methods (air, sea, road, rail).
