You will be responsible for:

  • Warmly greeting and responding to client inquiries in a with professional and positive attitude
  • Manage making appointments via calls, WhatsApp etc and serving customer
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the salon
  • Keep records of cash inflows and outflows
  • Manage stock (stock in and out)
  • Creating posts to post on social media

Requirements and skills

  • Previous work experience as a Salon Receptionist, or similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with processing transactions
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
  • An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
  • Fluent in English
  • Friendly and warm personality
  • Tidy and organised
  • good attitude and willingness to learn
  • able to multi task during busy period
  • team player
  • reliable, responsible and committed
