Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies for the F&B operations.
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the central kitchen and outlets to ensure timely replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

- Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is advantageous.
