Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies for the F&B operations.
  • Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the central kitchen and outlets to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is advantageous.
