  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Perform supplier payment (all currencies) via SWIFT/internet banking
  • Perform booking of Fixed Assets register and monthly calculation of depreciation
  • Perform monthly expenses accrual entries in GL system.
  • Support team in all matters incidental to AP/AR.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Monitoring cash float in the account.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of client balances
  • Prepare monthly supporting schedules for Regulatory Reporting to MAS

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years experience in handling and processing accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, travel & entertainment claims, sundry billings
  • Preferably familiar with SUN accounting system, preparation of internet banking and SWIFT instructions
  • Knowledge of GST rules as well as GST input/output tax accounting will be an added advantage
