CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities:-

• Independently manage construction activities and ensure project progress aligns with schedules.
• Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements accurately.
• Supervise structural and architectural works, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, operations teams, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain high standards of work quality, safety, and health regulations on-site.
• Implement the Project Manager’s work plan and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and health compliance at the construction site.
• Attend and actively participate in project meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of rebar shop drawings when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:-

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in structural and architectural construction.
• Experience in rail viaduct and vehicle bridge projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient project execution.
