Sales executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive rental bookings, promote our motorcycle rental services, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and has a passion for motorcycles.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential customers, including tourists, businesses, and delivery riders.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries about motorcycle rentals.
• Convert leads into bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Develop partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and logistics companies to increase rental demand.
Customer Service & Support:
• Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle rental package based on their needs.
• Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance, and safety guidelines.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure a smooth rental process from booking to bike return.
Marketing & Promotions:
• Promote rental services through social media, online ads, and on-ground activations.
• Participate in events, roadshows, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Work with the marketing team to create attractive offers and discount programs.
• Gather customer feedback to improve rental services and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Targets:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for rentals.
• Track and report sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide suggestions for service improvements based on customer insights.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in vehicle rentals, automotive, or tourism industries.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (preferred).
• Other Requirements:
• Passion for motorcycles and the rental industry is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends or flexible hours based on customer demand.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle license is an advantage.
