- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations from the outset, in accordance with local regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate closely with relevant agencies to fulfill all regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education - (Leadership) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certifications: Must possess EDCA (L2) certification or relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Several years of experience in early childhood education, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role being an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is typically required.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s Early Childhood Landscape: Familiarity with the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework, SPARK Accreditation, and other relevant guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and ECDA.
