A leading semiconductor company specializing in advanced foundry is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its financial strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, and financial leadership to support the company's expansion and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive capital allocation strategies, including investments, cost management, and funding opportunities.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and decision support.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency for stakeholders.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Support M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Optimize operational efficiencies through data-driven financial analysis and process improvements.
• Leverage AI for financial planning, forecasting, and automation to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate AI into broader business functions beyond finance, enhancing strategic decision-making.
• Utilize financial data to generate actionable insights that support business growth.
• Address AI-related financial risks and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and industry financial models.
• Understanding of foundry is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in financial leadership within high-tech, capital-intensive environments.
• Expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, investor relations, and financial risk management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to navigate complex financial structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is preferred.
