Chief Operating Officer, COO (B2C Consumer Lifestyle)

Our client is a reputable organization, known for its innovations within the consumer lifestyle space and a leading brand in its offerings of a diverse range of services and portfolios.
As they continue to expand their footprint and chart their vision as a premier player within the consumer lifestyle arena, they are looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead this transformation agenda and elevate the consumer experience journey.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic, operational, and financial performance of their most prominent business portfolios. Reporting into the CEO, this role will lead the strategic vision of spearheading the commercial growth of their key luxury establishments, leading diverse functional teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and organizational growth.
In addition, you will drive consultative advisory to ensure long term sustainable growth for the business, on an Asia and International level, leading a multi-functional organizational structure encompassing commercial, revenue management, marketing and other teams.
- Develop and execute a an overall strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and long-term goals, while anticipating industry trends and best practices and steer the team towards operational and commercial excellence.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business partners, and the community.
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency while maintaining the highest standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences by incorporating the latest trends in service and entertainment.
- Foster revenue growth through strategic partnerships, pricing strategies, and innovative offerings
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing leadership team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant Field
- Ideally, you come with at least 15 years of senior executive and P&L management experience in the B2C and Consumer sector, with proven track record in managing large scale operations in Southeast Asia and across Asia Pacific
- Recognized as a thought leader, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent in dynamic, multicultural environments.
- Expertise in understanding consumer behavior and implementing innovative strategies to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue optimization.
