Location: PioneerResponsibilities:Support and Manage Faculty Search Process
  • Assist HR Business Partner in coordinating faculty recruitment with Dean, Chair, and School Search Committee (SSC).
  • Track and monitor faculty searches to ensure deadlines are met.
Initiate Faculty Search
  • Collaborate with Deans and Chairs to establish SSCs.
  • Obtain approval for recruitment expenses.
  • Draft job descriptions and coordinate job postings.
Facilitate Candidate Shortlisting and Evaluation
  • Collect CVs and dossiers from shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage references and maintain evaluation records.
  • Arrange campus visits and interviews.
  • Ensure accuracy of search reports and compile required documentation.
Approval and Selection Process
  • Draft Chair's and Dean's reports on selected candidates.
  • Facilitate approval from Chair and Dean.
  • Submit necessary dossiers and reports for University approval.
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans ONLY
  • Degree with at least 2-4 years of experience in human resources or general administration roles
  • Candidates with prior experience of working in an educational or academic environment would have an added advantage.
