- Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Monthly Basic Salary: Up to SGD 4,000
- Allowances: Transport Allowance
- Commission: Quarterly commission based on performance
- Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Performance-Based Variable Bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Represent the employer as a specialist in the construction industry.
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction market.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Evaluate and analyze the potential of new customers and provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Build and nurture a robust network with key industry stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.).
- Monitor on-site project progress and provide accurate material forecasts.
- Maintain regular communication with the leadership team regarding market trends, issues, and strategic opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure accountability for timely payments.
- Submit monthly sales reports and offer tailored solutions for customer inquiries.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
Entry Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Skills:
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- High computer literacy and proficiency in digital sales tools.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and develop robust professional networks.

- Reporting & Team Structure:
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and works within a collaborative team of 7 sales personnel. - Travel & Field Work:
Regular site visits and local travel across Singapore are required. - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Success will be measured through monthly/quarterly sales targets, customer acquisition rates, and market penetration goals. - Career Progression:
