Job Description:
- To assist the Senior Architect in his/her duties.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents.
- Assist in the prepartion of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in REVIT.
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings.
- Attending site visits and coordinating site issues.
- Liaising with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities and pursue licensure.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
- At least 5 years' of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
