Job Description:

  • To assist the Senior Architect in his/her duties.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents.
  • Assist in the prepartion of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in REVIT.
  • Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings.
  • Attending site visits and coordinating site issues.
  • Liaising with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities and pursue licensure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
  • At least 5 years' of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
