
Senior Sales Manager #ST
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (FSI focus) to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives across 10-15 targeted accounts (both assigned and new logos). This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional looking to take the next step in an outside sales role with strong growth potential.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts, demonstrating strong ROI for solutions.
- Work closely with our Lead Generation Team, Inside Sales Team, and Sales Engineer resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to VP and C-level audiences, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong and referenceable relationships with our existing client base
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently.
- Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
- Grow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts across all lines of business within each target account.
- Actively work with internal teams to perform all the necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualification.
- Work very closely with list of partners to jointly engage in prospecting, qualifying, calls, or visits according to strategic account mapping plans with the Partners.
- Perform regular housekeeping activities to ensure that the CRM system is always clean and up to date, in accordance with Management’s guidelines
What it Takes:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, selling to senior executives at large-scale organizations (preferably in Financial Services or Insurance)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
- Experience selling RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP, or document management technologies is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of solution-based sales methodologies and ability to align solutions with customer objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage at the boardroom level.
- Highly organized, strategic, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and partner networks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach.
