Junior Business Analyst (Bank l 12 months contract)

• ng and overall defect management.
• Ensure coverage of critical and important functions.
• Identify areas of improvement, best practices in processes, brainstorm and propose solutions to address project or test issues and concerns in timely manner.
• Manage post go-live tactical and strategic platform enhancements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of operations, business analyst or project management experience.
• Good to have experience in credit card processing, chargeback, or fraud analysis.
• Ability to lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
