Job Overview:
As a Specification Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical specification and market adoption of advanced building solutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop key specifier relationships, create impactful specification tools, and promote a leading product range through engaging presentations, training sessions, and industry events.

Employment Details:

• Industry: Building Materials / Construction
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Nearest MRT of Work Locations: Kranji / Yew Tee
• Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Monthly Basic Salary: Up to SGD 5,000
• Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Performance-Based Variable Bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve specification targets aligned with the company’s objective to expand its technical product range.
• Develop and nurture new specifier relationships and identify fresh business opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of key specification tools to boost sales and market presence.
• Influence architects and specifiers to adopt proprietary systems.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and technical teams to address specification-related matters.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with architects, consultants, and key specifiers.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions to promote the product range.
• Represent the brand at seminars, industry events, and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
• Support sales teams during client meetings with specification insights.

Entry Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales/marketing with specification-related responsibilities.
• Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong technical specification acumen; proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Additional: A proactive mindset with a willingness to undergo industry-specific training.
