Job Description
As a member of the Greengate Advisors team you will be engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including property owners and investors, facilities management professionals, specialist consultants, government bodies and contractors to bring bespoke, innovative solutions to our clients.
As a Graduate Project Manager, projects / activities that you will be involved with include:
· Monitor site activities and reporting progress on a regular basis
· Liaising with consultants and contractors on technical matters related to project delivery
· Review construction permitting and operational documents to confirm compliance
· Site inspections to highlight defects and recommend remedial actions
· Preparation of internal governance documents for project delivery
· Assisting Lead Project Manager with project administration matters
· Working on Technical Due Diligence projects and drafting client reports
Requirements
The preferred candidate will possess a good academic background ideally coupled with some level of technical foundation gained through internships.
