The Role
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support for the Project Management Office and support the Project Managers in their delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker skilled in communications (both internally and externally) and a master in coordination and scheduling works. The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, projects profit and loss calculation, project reports, managing Project Warehouse inventory, and tracking expenses.
We are looking for a teammate who is meticulous and pro-active. The Project Coordinator is expected to have good oral and written communication abilities and have a sound understanding of project management cycle. They should be organized, reliable and able to handle stressful situations.
The Responsibilities:
· Prepare, or assist with the preparation of reporting and metrics associated with the successful implementation and execution of projects – Project Progress Reports, Inventory List, User Acceptance Test, etc.
· Track and preparation of project claims and project billings
· Track and update on respective project status to Manager
· Track and recognize project costs
· Participate in external meetings and assist with meeting minutes
· Assist with scheduling and gathering necessary resources
· Co-manage the Project Warehouse with the Managers
· Sourcing and placing orders for cables/accessories/sub-contractors, etc.
· Preparation and submission of scheduled reports every month-end to Management
· Assisting the Manager with project hours and recognition
· Assist with ISO 9001 / 45001 audits
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
The ideal candidate should possess the following;
· Diploma or Bachelors/Undergraduate degree in a related field such as business management, business administration, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent work experience
· Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role
· Attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines
· Self-starter who takes charge in absence of detailed instruction; effectively initiates solutions or discussions
· Strong written and verbal English language skills
