Core Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments to discuss and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment histories
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the company's debt collection performance
- Preparation of collection related documentation
- Conduct field visit for selected uncontactable debtors
- Handle customer queries, full settlement quotes and complaints related to the collection process professionally and empathetically
- Process In-House car loan applications for credit approval
- Conduct phone verification, fraud and identity checks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, uphold our Group's brand image
Job Requirements:
- O Level, A Level and Polytechnic Diploma holders, including fresh school leavers who completed their studies are welcome to apply
- Customer centric, strong communication and interpersonal skills, individuals who produce good results even under pressure
- Candidates with related experience will enjoy higher starting salary
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Both permanent and contract role(s) are available
