Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Address potential customer questions, provide information about our products & services, and escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Proactively generate leads through various online platforms.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and maintain a steady pipeline of leads.
- Qualify leads to determine if they're fit for our offerings, ensuring quality over quantitiy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation campaigns.
- Utilise marketing materials and insights to attract, engage and convert potential leads.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer interactions to refine marketing strategies.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have STEM-related degree or Engineering related degree in any field.
- You have experience in using online tools for marketing and lead generation.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate lead quality and campaign performance.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation or marketing is a plus.
