- Supplier development and management toward driving P&L profitability and topline growth.
- Define Sourcing Strategy, and execute based on the strategy proposed collaborating with Product, Quality, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Team.
- Partner with Product Manager and suppliers to design and launch product with the best profitability, product competitiveness, and with high quality and safety standard.
- Identify process improvement areas and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate our Private Brand business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity for vendors and sourcing teams.
- Write professional business documents for business updates and driving strategic initiatives for stakeholders alignment.About the team
