Customer Service Specialist
Job Responsibility
1. Serve as the central coordinator for all assigned-customer-related activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks.
2. Coordinate with China sales team in driving assigned customer business development activities in Singapore including supporting customer visits and meetings.
3. Offer comprehensive on-site and daily support to resolve issues encountered by the assigned customer, including promptly answering inquiries and addressing concerns
4. Address customer complaints and feedback by providing timely and effective solutions in partnership with China sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualification
1. Diploma degree or higher, with 3-5 years of work experience.
2. Proficient in office software;
3. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills in English and specially in Business Mandarin.
