Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed.
- Managing all operations related to IT Helpdesk, IT Infrastructure, Operation team and service delivery.
- Monitor, control and support service delivery.
- Provide VIP support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- Maintain high performing service support functions including and IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support
- Onsite Support Services
- Break fix support for end user equipment’s Install, Move, Add, Change
- End user related services such as local network support, basic application support etc
- On-site installations and uninstalls of hardware & software
- On-site troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- On-site delivery of adds, changes, moves, extensions, uninstalls.
- Permanent on-site 2nd level support.
- Deskside, break fix and IMAC support.
- Should have good troubleshooting skills ( Hardware and Software )
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or relevant field.
- Extensive VIP & Executives level support experience
- Extensive experience in IT service delivery
- Experience in onsite desktop and infra project management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ of experience as a Team Lead with direct people management role at the regional level
- Excellent customer and people relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage and handle work related stress and pressure.
- Collaboration and team leadership abilities
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Working location: Central, Singapore
