HR Manager( Manufacturing MNC)
Atomic is partnering with a leading global multinational corporation (MNC) as they scale their business operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Strategic HR Manager with a background in the manufacturing industry to join our client's team.
This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, organizational culture, and employee engagement. The Strategic HR Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that HR initiatives support business goals and help build a high-performance culture.
Location: North Area
Budget: up to $10,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate talent needs in line with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Develop long-term workforce plans, including forecasting skills gaps, talent shortages, and succession planning.
- Partner with leadership to align talent needs with business growth, mergers, and acquisitions.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, including developing competitive compensation packages and career development programs.
Performance Management & Development:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure performance management processes align with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor employee performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify and support high-potential employees and develop personalized growth and succession plans.
Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Champion the development of a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and goals.
- Lead surveys and focus groups to assess employee satisfaction and implement action plans for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Analyze compensation trends, salary benchmarking, and market data to ensure the organization’s compensation structure is competitive and equitable.
- Manage benefits offerings (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs) and work with external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits programs to maintain alignment with market trends, organizational goals, and employee expectations.
- Develop and administer incentive programs and bonuses that drive performance and align with business outcomes.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to mitigate potential legal risks.
- Provide guidance on handling complex employee relations issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- HR certification (IHRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least [Y] years in a strategic HR or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in driving organizational change and building a positive corporate culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compensation strategies, and HR compliance standards.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools, etc.).
