We are looking for a highly experienced and independent program manager to lead a global team of agency partners across the APAC region, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and experience running GTM programs with minimal supervision.

This is a contract ending in December 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage agency programs end-to-end, ensuring successful execution with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to align on program objectives and execution strategies.
  • Develop and implement structured processes to track stakeholder readiness, report key milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, assess trade-offs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program impact.
  • Manage program cadences, including executive status updates, escalations, risk mitigation, and documentation management.
  • Educate and engage internal teams on available programs, materials, and opportunities to drive adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to measure program performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
  • Draft and refine program communications, collateral, and internal/external presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, agency leadership, or GTM execution.
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically within agency environments and programmatic GTM execution.
  • Strong operational background with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and improving efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Experience managing global programs and understanding regional market nuances.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams and levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), project management software, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience drafting executive-level presentations and program communications.
  • Previous ad agency or ads sales experience preferred
