Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with key brands, sellers or enablers from end-to-end from pitching, commercial negotiation, onboarding, pilot and integration (with the support of other cross-functional teams), contract execution and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Perform regular business reviews with senior leadership of key partners to engage deeper collaboration and grow the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, local SPX Express operations, legal teams to support growth opportunities for brand partners
- Monitor trends, competitors and cross-market learnings to develop best practices across the region
- Manage end to end planning and coordination of campaigns with key partners
- Provides prompt and efficient service to partners including the appropriate escalation and resolution of their issues, working cross-functionally with local SPX Express teams
- At least 2 years of working experience in business development / partnerships / account management roles. Prior experience working in logistics industry is an advantage
- Strong interest and aptitude for sales and logistics
- Able to communicate in a clear and succinct manner to various stakeholders
- Able to analyse data, derive insights and formulate plans to be deployed across markets
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and motivated
- Good team player and strong project and stakeholder management skills
