Admin Executive
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Admin Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Assist clients in optimizing their presence on OpenRice by providing expert guidance on utilizing the platform and leveraging our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage and maintain accurate client account information, ensuring up-to-date listings and profiles.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement of services and offerings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with client onboarding, training, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to active usage.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
