Key Responsibilities:
- Construction supervision: Oversee construction work, including quality control and safety
- Project documentation: Maintain project records, including progress reports, site instructions, and photographs
- Contract compliance: Ensure that projects follow contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Material inspection: Inspect materials and workmanship, and perform tests to ensure quality
- Safety: Enforce safety standards and ensure worker safety
- Communication: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in construction projects in airport environment* (not mandatory)
- Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project
