The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources department through a variety of administrative and operational functions. Payroll Processing:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including the preparation, updating, and maintenance of employee data, contracts, and benefits records in the payroll system.
- Update and manage staff leave and medical records.
- Ensure the timely and accurate administration of salaries and benefits in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Process payroll-related tasks such as overtime calculations, allowances, expense claims, and payslip generation.
- Compile timesheets, payroll advice, reimbursements, and other employee benefit entitlements.
- Reconcile and consolidate payroll data, generating reports and bank files for payments.
- Address employee payroll-related inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when retrieving and cross-checking contracts, agreements, and related documents.
Accreditation Matters:
- Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications.
- Prepare necessary documentation and submissions for accreditation processes.
- Track certification expiration dates and manage renewal requirements to ensure compliance.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and processing new hire documentation.
- Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs.
- Maintain employee training records and update training resources as needed.
- Manage training evaluation and feedback surveys, compiling reports for analysis.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a professional manner.
- Facilitate the employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accountancy, IT, or related fields.
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
