Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist with expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, regional ads platforms, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, preferably in B2B tech or cloud computing industries. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for Alibaba Cloud’s international markets. You will drive business goals and maximize ROI.
Paid Media Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to support Alibaba Cloud’s international growth objectives, optimizing online media delivery to enhance advertising efficiency. Identify target audiences, define KPIs, and allocate budgets across multiple channels to achieve maximum impact. Formulate advertising strategies for products and solutions to generate high-quality business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the front-line sales team to complete the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) workflow. Responsible for managing Alibaba Cloud International paid advertising media.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management. Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data to improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches. Demonstrate the ability to manage comprehensive projects, including formulating and participating in cross-functional cooperation across product strategy, advertising strategy, conversion, and operations. Integrate resources effectively to achieve goals.
Platform Expertise: Establish and improve the online marketing system, focusing on maximizing marketing effectiveness. Undertake comprehensive advertising capabilities such as online brand impact, online conversion, and Online-to-Offline (O2O). Possess new media development skills to explore localization and global cloud computing industry influence within media and industry circles, leveraging deep industry knowledge. Leverage platforms like Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , Facebook Ads and programmatic advertising tools to reach target audiences effectively. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant.

Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media, executing and managing an international portfolio of markets.
Media Management: Proficient in various media operation knowledge and management models. Data Analysis: Strong understanding of data, familiar with using SQL for business analysis.
Media Development: Knowledgeable about media characteristics across industries and experienced in media development and cooperation models.
Product Knowledge: Familiar with Alibaba Cloud and partners' products and joint solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and programmatic advertising tools. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken is a must and written is a plus)
