This role demands deep expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure management—spanning physical data center design to private, public, and hyperscale cloud environments—combined with strong skills in application testing, software quality assurance, and application modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Security Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with organizational goals to safeguard data, systems, and networks.
• Oversee Cloud Security: Lead cloud migration and management initiatives, ensuring security across private, public, and hyperscale cloud platforms.
• Implement Agile Security Practices: Utilize Scaled Agile frameworks to accelerate the deployment of secure technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing security team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and local regulations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate security into all business and technology processes.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into the organization’s security framework.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years in IT, with at least 8 years in an information security architect role, after certification in CISSP or equivalent, demonstrating leadership in security and technology strategy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications:
  • Information Security: CISSP, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or equivalent.
  • Scaled Agile: Certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent.
  • Cloud Technologies: Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification.
  • Infrastructure: Certifications in Networking, Data Center design and management.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience in designing and managing physical data centers and cloud infrastructure (private, public, hyperscale).
  • Proficiency in application security testing, software quality assurance, and modernization of legacy systems.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Experience with AI-driven security solutions and data governance is an advantage.
