GENERAL SUMMARY

Based in Starr Singapore office, this position is responsible for the smooth running of backend systems and enrich end user experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • (40%) End User Support – Provide the Level 1 technology support to end user via email or phone before escalations. This may involve the general setup of IT equipment such as laptop, dockings and monitors.
  • (30%) Technology Projects - Coordinates with vendors for hardware, software installations and upgrades to ensure technology service professionally delivers in accordance with company policy.
  • (20%) Strategic Procurement – Coordinates with vendors and assist internal team in the procurement process.
  • (10%) Production Support – With the support from global technology group, coordinates the troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Specifications:

  • Ability to take ownership of and manage issues to resolution.
  • Able to work independently, good analytical, teamwork and organizational skill.

Education:

  • Minimum polytechnic diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of end user support experience related to hardware or software implementation.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Teams and SQL statements.
  • General knowledge in CISCO Switches, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Intune and CITRIX.
