Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process supplier invoices, client billing, and expense claims.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for ongoing event projects.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost tracking to ensure profitability.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and contracts for each event.

- Prepare and submit GST, tax filings, and other statutory reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the events, exhibition, or construction industry.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or MYOB) will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in project-based cost tracking and budget management.
