You'll make an impact in the following :

Policy Review & Consultation

  • Assist in evaluating and updating HR-related policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Siemens’ people processes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

Process Management

  • Oversee internal processes related to the P&O department, including asset records and purchase orders/requests.
  • Manage data and documentation handling at the local level.

Administrative Assistance

  • Assist in organizing team events and initiatives to enhance engagement and morale.
  • Manage assigned administrative tasks to support local P&O team.
  • Organize and maintain calendars for HR-related activities, meetings, and key deadlines.
  • Support the P&O team across various projects and communication efforts.

You’d describe yourself as:

  • Having 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a dynamic multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of country-specific HR policies, processes, and employment laws
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems like SAP or Workday, with a willingness to learn more
  • A growth mindset with a sense of ownership, resilience, and a drive to make an impact
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
