Reporting Structure:
Report to Deputy Director, Strategic Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of SAL’s strategic plans, including monitoring the execution of action plans, tracking and reporting of corporate KPIs.
- Engage and communicate KPIs and targets to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation to achieve the desired goals and outcomes.
- Conceptualise, organise and manage appropriate strategic planning activities for SAL senior leadership, including management planning retreats, annual strategic reviews, etc.
- Assist in data visualization / analytical cross-divisional projects and development of analytics literacy program including research, creating material for workshop and providing administrative support.
- Design, analyse and interpret data set / results related to various types of studies with calculations and formulas to ensure accuracy and support corporate decision-making.
- Manage the Strategic Planning Department’s budget.
- Provide secretariat support and follow-through for key project meetings (such as SAL’s strategic project committees, special work groups, etc.).
- Perform any other functions and special projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Business/Economic/IT related degree with at least 5 - 7 years’ relevant working experience. Those with experience in strategic/ corporate planning, statistics and data analytics are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and the use of data analytical & statistical analysis software will be an added advantage.
- Strong planning, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills (i.e., written and spoken).
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight timelines.
- Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team.
