WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a digitally savvy, exceptionally talented Strategy Intern who can provide research and support across diverse client categories including gaming and technology. You'll have your finger on the pulse of multiple subcultures—from entertainment and K-pop to gaming, sports, and anime. Your natural trend-spotting abilities, strong writing skills, organizational prowess, self-motivation, and initiative will make you an invaluable addition to our team.
ROLE
We need a wickedly talented, digitally-minded Strategy Intern with a genuine passion for diverse subcultures. This position offers an immersive advertising crash course while allowing you to explore your interests in gaming, sports, anime, and more. We're looking for a quick learner who's adaptable, ambitious, and unafraid to take bold risks—even if they sometimes lead to mistakes. We are seeking a champion of the unorthodox, one who’s all about the work, without the ego. We also like nice people.
SCOPE OF WORK
You'll work across our client portfolio, bringing fresh perspectives and cultural insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research
- Contributing your unique cultural lens—whether it's gaming, sports, or entertainment
- Supporting the Strategy team in daily departmental operations
- Keeping the team updated on client developments and competitor activities
- Learning actively through hands-on experience and observation
- Collaborating closely with creative and business leadership
KEY SKILLS
- Exceptional resourcefulness in discovering information and insights
- Basic understanding of business financials
- Outstanding writing and communication abilities
- Strong storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of various subcultures
- Comfort navigating social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Twitch)
- Excellent feel for identifying and unpacking trends
- Ability to perform well under pressure
REQUIREMENTS
Able to commit to at least a 3-month internship. Ideally, open to extend to a 6-month internship.
Scope of study in any discipline.
You must be able to legally work in Singapore.
