  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Geniebook, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top teaching talent. You will ensure we bring in passionate, tech-savvy, and innovative educators who align with Geniebook’s mission of helping students learn smarter and do better.

Jobscope:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for Geniebook’s curriculum and teaching team and related support roles, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding
  • Drive impactful hiring strategies and track key recruitment metrics, continuously refining hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the education and EdTech sector
  • Work across the organisation to position Geniebook as an employer of choice for educators, and in so doing build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or curriculum-focused hiring Strong understanding of private education industry roles; strong network of teaching professionals is a plus
  • Experienced in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about education and improving student learning experiences

Work Schedule:

  • Mondays - Fridays
  • 10 am - 7 pm
