Talent Acquisition Specialist (Edtech)
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Geniebook, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top teaching talent. You will ensure we bring in passionate, tech-savvy, and innovative educators who align with Geniebook’s mission of helping students learn smarter and do better.
Jobscope:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for Geniebook’s curriculum and teaching team and related support roles, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding
- Drive impactful hiring strategies and track key recruitment metrics, continuously refining hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the education and EdTech sector
- Work across the organisation to position Geniebook as an employer of choice for educators, and in so doing build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or curriculum-focused hiring Strong understanding of private education industry roles; strong network of teaching professionals is a plus
- Experienced in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about education and improving student learning experiences
Work Schedule:
- Mondays - Fridays
- 10 am - 7 pm
