We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost & Compliance Manager to oversee cost monitoring, cash flow management, and compliance activities for our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate budget execution, managing financial risks, and supporting procurement and supply chain management, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

As the Cost & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding project profitability and ensuring that all financial processes align with company standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, report, and control project costs, and participate in audits and contract reviews to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Monitoring & Cash Flow Management:Monitor daily project costs and cash flow to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
    Identify potential cost risks and propose effective control measures to mitigate financial impact.
    Ensure consistency and accuracy of budget data, supporting procurement and supply chain management decisions.
    Prepare and deliver regular cost analysis reports to management, offering actionable insights to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Process and Compliance Management:Oversee internal control processes to ensure compliance with commercial and financial standards.
    Ensure budgeting and cost management processes align with internal control policies and relevant legal requirements.
    Actively participate in contract reviews, procurement activities, and payment processing to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    Coordinate internal audits and business processes to ensure all activities are in full compliance with company management standards.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum of [X] years of experience in cost management, financial analysis, or compliance-related roles, preferably within a project-based environment.
    Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis tools.
  • Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as relevant regulations and compliance standards.
    Proven ability to prepare detailed cost analysis reports and identify financial trends.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose cost-saving initiatives.
