Job Description

  • Handling and drafting of email correspondences.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Sort out letters and mails for distribution.
  • Follow up on clients’ documents for submissions.
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports, data entry.
  • Book meeting rooms. Coordinate monthly meetings and online conferences.
  • Preparation of meeting slides and minutes.
  • Procurement of office supplies, stationery.
  • Payroll and CPF contribution for employees.
  • Monthly compilation and filing of Company expenses, accounts.
  • Organise travel plans for Director such as flight and hotel arrangements.
  • Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed.
  • General administrative support for Associate Directors and Managers when required.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels or local polytechnic diploma.
  • Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Maintain confidentiality of clients' information.
