- Manage the HRIS implementations, process improvements and system enhancements for core HR processes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business needs and support the planning, development, testing, and implementation of relevant systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and troubleshooting of technical problems/deficiencies)

- Create and manage customised reports and dashboards of HR metrics, workforce trends, and operational performance, for reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure analytical tools and reporting solutions deliver accurate and actionable data to end users
- Provide data analysis support in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, where required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Information System/Management or any related discipline
- Preferably minimum 4 years of professional experience in HRIS, prior experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be advantageous
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Process-oriented, well-organised with excellent project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, knowledge in people analytics tools and HR reporting solutions would be desirable, but not a must
- A resourceful team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
