- Collaborate with main partners to plan for digitalizing systems.
- Communicate status of projects.
- Report issues, risks, changes, and drive initiatives for recovery, mitigation, and preventive measures.
- Assist with documentation and training needs for new processes.
- Manages projects to ensure desired results are completed within the required timeframe.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering & management, engineering, supply chain, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience in planning or planning-related function, preferably within Micron.
- Preferably with experience or at least willing to learn, in the following areas:
- Familiar with database management system
- Strong skills in data presentation (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skill.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Able to work in several areas of a development cycle as part of a team or independently.
- High adaptability and flexibility to deal with variety of problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Able to collaborate in various cultures to drive projects forward and to completion.
