Job Description
- Handle daily site inspection on SHE aspects. Understand the work procedure, to spot unsafe conditions and practices. Coordinate non-compliances for rectifications or improvements, enforcement of safety policies.
- Assist the WSH Officer in organizing safety awareness activities such as toolbox meetings, safety orientation, safety related trainings and safety promotional activities.
- Assist the WSH Officer to ensure the WSH construction regulations and any legal requirements are being practiced within the workplace.
- To ensure the risk assessment and safe work procedures are properly briefed with the workforce.
- To inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant in the worksite.
- To prepare and maintain worksite safety records, certificates, checklists, work methods or procedures including any other relevant documents needed for inspection purposes.
- Perform as a safety assessor role for the Permit-To-Work system.
- To investigate and report any incident/accident, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the worksite & to implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Job Requirement
- Registered ECO by NEA and above in Safety or relevant
- Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (Preferable in LTA projects or other civil works)
- Good team player
