Working Days: 5 Days, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Working Location: Buangkok
Responsibilities:
Management & Leadership
- Ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of the department by overseeing the budgeting and expenditure in alignment with departmental goals, as well as ensure compliance with company policies, HR practices, and industry standards.
- Develop structured pathways for staff development and career progression.
- Supervise, guide, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their professional competencies.
- Lead and support inter-departmental meetings and collaborations.
- Represent the department in key meetings, discussions, and presentations.
- Oversee disciplinary matters related to staff and residents when necessary.
- Support the Head of Home in organizational goals.
- Represent the Head of Home in his/her absence.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop, review, and oversee all SOPs to ensure alignment or as required by the Ministry
- Provide oversight to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly reports for approval.
- Guide staff in preparing and vetting incident management reports.
- Assist in documentation preparation for audit and ministry compliance.
Incident Management
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies for managing resident behavior.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on incident response protocols.
- Review past incidents to improve management strategies and prevent recurrence, and implement foresight measures to prevent further escalations of incidents
External Engagement & Networking
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, law enforcement (SPF, CNB, SSB, MSF), and other stakeholders.
- Foster partnerships that contribute to improving resident management and support systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field with at least 4 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting.
- Min 2 years of experience in managerial and organizational leadership.
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including government agencies and law enforcement
