Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Leadership:
    • Act as the primary interface between internal business units and cross-functional teams.
    • Define and manage key milestones across Equipment & Facilities, Processes, Supply Chain, and other areas to support production.
    • Ensure project schedules are on track and proactively identify risks, escalating and mitigating potential issues as needed.
  • Project Execution & Risk Mitigation:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Lead regular progress reviews and ensure clear follow-through on action items.
    • Identify key challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, including cost reduction initiatives for assigned products.
    • Drive process improvements by benchmarking best practices from other products and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Promote standardization and efficiency across product lines.
  • Technical & Business Collaboration:
    • Assess technical capabilities and requirements for future product transfers.
    • Facilitate regular technical and business reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
    • Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
  • Lean & Digitalization Initiatives:
    • Embrace Lean/ Digitalization in managing of assigned products.
    • Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize production and product management processes.
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product transfer, or production management.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
