- Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies to sustain system efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to restore electrical systems to optimal performance with minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement and capacity planning.
- Develop and refine operating procedures to maximize system effectiveness.
- Evaluate utility consumption and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee spare parts and consumables inventory, ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or equivalent).
- Strong technical expertise in industrial automation and control systems.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to system optimization.
- Experience in leading facility maintenance programs and process enhancements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
